Data protection and cybersecurity

Data protection is at the core of our approach, and we implement rigorous measures to guarantee its security, confidentiality and integrity at every stage of processing. We ensure that all sensitive information is protected against the risk of cyberattack by adopting high security standards and remain constantly vigilant regarding technological developments.

To ensure continuous vigilance, all our employees are trained and made aware of cybersecurity issues. Thanks to our partner SoSafe, we offer regular training to prepare them to detect and respond to cyber threats. This proactive approach not only guarantees the protection of our customers’ data, but also fosters a corporate culture focused on security and resilience facing challenges.

Education, Early Learning & Transmission

At ActinVision, we place education, early learning and knowledge transmission at the heart of our social commitments. We actively support associations such as Rêv’Elles, ABC Hautepierre and Racines d’Enfance, both through financial donations and skill sponsorship.

Skill sponsorship: Launched in 2025, our sponsorship program has already enabled three associations to benefit from our support on data-related issues. Our expertise in data analysis and IT is thus made available to meaningful causes.

Environment and eco-responsibility

We integrate sustainable practices into all our activities to reduce our environmental impact and encourage good habits in everyday life.

Reducing our carbon footprint: In 2023, our carbon footprint stood at 1.6 tCO₂e/year per employee (compared with 1.9 in 2022). We are stepping up our efforts to achieve carbon neutrality, notably by:

  • Favoring technologies with a low energy footprint
  • Promoting sustainable mobility in our business trips
  • Establishing practices of digital sobriety and optimization of resources.

Awareness-raising initiatives: We regularly mobilize our teams around eco-responsible initiatives:

  • Challenges: solidarity actions, Christmas gift collection, cigarette butt collection
  • The monthly “Power Tup’” challenge, to replace disposable packaging with reusable containers
  • Awareness-raising workshops: stress management, quizzes, climate and digital frescoes to understand climate issues and identify concrete solutions.

Sport, Wellness and Inclusion

We are convinced that being physically active is a powerful lever for cohesion, well-being and inclusion.

Solidarity Olympic Games: ActinVision has organized a unique internal event: the Solidarity Olympic Games! This annual sporting challenge mobilizes our teams for a month rich in activities, led by passionate volunteer coaches. Every participation counts as these contribute directly to donations for charities. In 2025, this challenge helped a charity called “Racines d’Enfance”, by financing refrigerators and solar panels for schools in Senegal and the Ivory Coast.

Promoting an active lifestyle: We support sports teams and organizations and encourage our employees to stay active through:

  • The Well Pass device
  • Organizing sporting challenges
  • Promoting the use of bicycles for everyday journeys, for instance through a sustainable mobility bonus for our employees.
